Shoppers is tripping coupons $.50 and less and doubling coupons between $.55 and $1.00. I went yesterday and received a ton of free products with this sale and received "overage" when my coupon's value was greater than the item.
Shoppers is in Alexandria off of Route 1/Jefferson Davis Highway (right past Crystal City if you're coming from Rosslyn).
