A few weeks ago it was the Artisphere in Rosslyn and today it is Arena Stage near the waterfront metro station. Arena is having its grand reopening all day today, which means free performances galore!!
While all the advance tickets are long gone, there will still be tickets available at the door today starting at 10 AM (so hurry on up).
There are also several events for which you do not need any tickets so don't not go just because you have no ticket in hand and it may be 1 PM when you're reading this.
